MORE ABOUT ME

Growing up in small-town Illinois, I had little creative exposure outside of painting ceramics with my Grandma upstairs at her lake house, but that small exposure still impacts the way I create today. Although I ended up going to school for Marketing Analytics, I always had a desire to see more and have a greater impact outside of Central Illinois. I began taking photos just before getting the opportunity to travel and speak at universities all over the country. Capturing what I saw on the road became my way to connect. I connected with new cultures and connected with people in those cultures—allowing me to bring greater exposure to small businesses and passion projects all over the world. 

My journey with design began when I started a vintage clothing business, with the goal to make vintage streetwear more accessible. I taught myself the ins and outs of building a brand all while handling finances, inventory, events, and social media.
